1. Web Development Services
All deposits or retainer fees for web development projects are non-refundable.
Once a service is rendered or a milestone is achieved, payment is final.
2. OffworldPlus Subscriptions
OffworldPlus subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis.

Free Trial: If offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.

No Refunds: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellation: You can cancel future billing at any time through your account dashboard.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Offworld Web Services in cases of technical failure that prevents access to paid services, where not resolved within 30 days.
