1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to and using SitePilot, an AI-powered business automation platform (“Service”) provided by Offworld Web Services (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SitePilot provides access to software tools including CRM, marketing automation, lead capture, appointment scheduling, messaging, and review management functionality. The Service is delivered via a white-labeled platform built on GoHighLevel technology.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service, including anti-spam laws and data protection regulations.
- You shall not use the Service to send unsolicited communications or engage in unlawful or prohibited activities.
4. Payment and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed.
- Payment must be received by the due date to maintain access to the Service.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you agree to pay as required.
5. Term and Renewal
- The initial subscription term commences upon your first payment and continues for the agreed billing period.
- The subscription automatically renews for successive terms unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful conduct.
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, technology, and content provided through SitePilot are owned or licensed by Provider and/or GoHighLevel and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Service.
7. Data Ownership and Privacy
- You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
- Provider will process your data solely to provide the Service and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Send unsolicited spam or mass communications via the Service.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable third-party terms or laws.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Support and Updates
- We provide technical support during normal business hours.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provider regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
13. Cancellation and Termination
13.1 Cancellation by User
a. Subscription-Based Services
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to the Billing section, or by submitting a written request to support@offworld.ca.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for future periods.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods or unused services.
- Access to the Service and its features will terminate at the end of your billing cycle.
b. One-Time Purchase Services or Products
- Cancellations and refund eligibility for one-time purchases are subject to our Refund Policy or the terms stated at purchase. Digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed.
c. Data Retention Upon Cancellation
- Your account data may be retained for 30 days post-cancellation to allow for reactivation or export. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
13.2 Cancellation by Provider
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
a. Breach of Terms or other policies
b. Violation of applicable laws
c. Harmful or disruptive activity
d. Non-payment
e. Fraud or abuse
f. Discontinuation of the Service - No refunds will be issued if termination is due to your breach.
- If we discontinue the Service, we will endeavor to provide notice and offer a pro-rata refund if appropriate.
13.3 Effect of Cancellation
- All rights and licenses granted to you will immediately terminate.
- Sections of these Terms which should survive cancellation, including warranties, disclaimers, liability limitations, and data policies, will remain in effect.
